RADMON RA-AI Series
Radmon is preparing to introduce a new generation of radiation portal monitoring systems: the RA-AI Series. Built on Radmon's proven radiation detection technology, the new series introduces advanced intelligent classification capabilities designed to assist in distinguishing between Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material (NORM) and industrial radioactive sources.
Traditional radiation portal monitors are primarily designed to detect elevated radiation levels and generate an alarm. The RA-AI Series takes this capability a significant step further by analyzing detected radiation events and providing additional information to support the classification of the radiation source. This advanced approach helps operators better evaluate alarms caused by NORM materials while supporting faster and more informed responses to potentially significant industrial radioactive sources.
The series launches with the RA-AI-211. Combining two high-sensitivity 11-liter detector modules with Radmon's advanced intelligent classification technology, the RA-AI-211 is designed not only to detect elevated radiation levels, but also to assist in distinguishing between NORM and industrial radioactive sources.
Detection is no longer enough. The next generation of radiation security begins with understanding what has been detected.
